The Comunidad Valenciana has released its holidays for next year, 2025. So, if you want to know which days are the red days in 2025 in Valencia, here is your guide.
In addition to these 12 days of public holidays in Spain, all municpalities can set two extra red days, just for their area. We will add the local red days for Rojales, Benijofar, Benimar, Los Montesinos, Torrevieja, Guardamar del Segura and surrounding areas when they are announced.
In case you are new to Spain, red day is simply the name given to public holidays in Spain – in other parts of Europe they would be known as bank holidays, public holidays or national holidays. On red days businesses, including most supermarkets and many shops, will close. So, check our guide to make sure you don't get caught without supplies.
