When we decided to sell our house we initially looked at several Estate Agents in the local area; however, after several recommendations from our friends regarding Lisa Frain's Estate Agents, we decided to give them a try.

We phoned Lisa and asked her if we could meet her away from our house and she agreed to meet at a cafe nearby. The reason was that we had not mentioned our thinking of selling to our neighbors. 

We met Lisa at the cafe the following day. Lisa is a friendly personable lady and soon put us at ease. She explained in detail the service her firm could offer us and answered all our numerous questions.

At an agreed time and day, Lisa came to view our house and provide us with a fair valuation and we agreed to sign with Lisa Frain's Estate Agents there and then. Within a couple of days, our house had been photographed inside and out. The 'house details' were written and shown to us for our approval. 

We prepared the house for sale and then returned to the UK, leaving the keys to our house with Lisa. We were in no doubt we could trust Lisa and she took care of everything from then on.

It did not take long for Lisa to sell our house, at a price very near to our asking price. 

We returned to Spain to pack the house up and complete the sale.

Whilst we were out in Spain we asked Lisa if we could look at properties that might be of interest to us to buy. This is when Lyndsey came into the picture, Lyndsey being one of Lisa Frain's staff. 

Lyndsey collected us in her car and drove us to view a number of properties that met our criteria. After these viewings, Lyndsey asked us if we would like to stop for coffee and discuss the houses we had seen. Whilst having coffee Lyndsey asked if there were any other properties we might want to view, even those not listed with Lisa Frain Estate Agency. Lyndsey explained Estate Agents can work together and share commission fees if one has the potential buyer and the other the agreement to sell the house.

In fact, this is what happened to us. We asked to see a house listed with another agent, loved it, and now live in it.

The whole experience with Lisa Frain and Lyndsey was very professional but with a friendly personable feel about it. We would highly recommend them to anyone.
