I was introduced to Lisa Frain through a mutual friend about buying a property in Spain and all I can say is I would not use anyone else or recommend anyone else if you are looking to buy.

What I didn't know when buying a property that really you should only register with 1 estate agent as all the businesses seem to interlink and cross over in properties which makes it so much harder to get hold of someone or deal with a person who responds almost immediately.

Lisa really went above and beyond to support me buying a propertyabroad which has been a dream come true.  I was going to Spain as Ithought I found the right one to view.  I did.  This wasn't Lisa's apartment to start off with.  On the last day in Spain she said "come see this one - I know you're happy but I wouldn't be doing my job if you didn't come see it".  I walked through the door and fell in love and made an offer the next day.

Lisa is professional, confident, friendly, RESPONSIVE and SUPPORTIVE. She has years of experience having been in the country for many years and dealing with some who supports you every step of the way make this massive investment and scary process so much easier to get through.

In addition to this Lisa helped with things which she didn't have to like taking me to get my NIE number and also supporting with local contacts for things I needed for the apartment - which BTW wasn't much.  I can now call Lisa a friend!

If ANYONE is looking to buy a property in SPAIN - DO NOT REGISTER WITH LOADS OF ESTATE AGENTS.  Go to LISA FRAIN and she can advise you and I am more than happy to do a personal reference at any point if anyone wants to ask.
